Welcome to Sarovish Home Care. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our home care services.

1. Service Agreement

  • Our services include home nursing, patient care, elder care, maternity care, baby care, bystander services and trained home maid support.

  • The scope, duration and nature of the service will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before starting.

  • Services are provided based on the availability of staff and client location.

2. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed through phone, email or WhatsApp communication with our team.

  • Once confirmed, the service schedule and assigned caregiver details will be shared with you.

3. Payments

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer or online payment options.

  • Charges vary depending on the type, duration and location of the service.

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed plan (daily, weekly or monthly).

  • Payment receipts or invoices will be provided for every transaction.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel a service by providing advance notice.

  • Sarovish Home Care reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unavoidable circumstances.

5. Staff Conduct & Replacement

  • All staff are background-verified and trained to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

  • If a client is not satisfied with a staff member’s performance, a replacement will be arranged promptly after review.

  • Clients are requested to treat staff with mutual respect and dignity at all times.

6. Service Limitations

  • Our caregivers are trained for non-surgical and non-medical emergency care at home.

  • In case of serious medical emergencies, clients are advised to seek immediate hospital assistance.

  • Sarovish Home Care will not be held responsible for outcomes beyond the agreed scope of service.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a safe and respectful working environment for caregivers.

  • Any changes to service hours, duties or duration must be informed to our coordinator in advance.

  • All communication regarding service feedback, issues or changes should be directed to the Sarovish Home Care management team.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We strictly protect all client data and personal details.

  • Staff are instructed to maintain complete confidentiality about client health, home and family matters.

9. Service Availability

  • Services are available across Kerala, other Indian states and Gulf countries, depending on staff availability.

  • Language options include Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and English for smoother communication.

10. Legal Disclaimer

  • Sarovish Home Care reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Using our services means you accept the latest version of our Terms & Conditions.
